Frozen Knuckles - Hedge End.

I woke up, at 8am this morning. Sun in my face, ice on the window, all to go ride Hedge End. Hedge End aint great, but it's something to do. I met up with Jack and Alex at 10pm, and we set off from Warsash to Hedge. My hands froze from every hill in the trek. Even Jack, who was wearing gloves, had cold hands. It was freezing out! (Click images to enlarge!)

Within 30 minutes, we'd turned up to the mini, noticed how shit it has got over the last few months, so we soon clocked some footage and left. Hitting up the Co-op (see above) on the way, we headed for Woodhouse, which is also shit, but amuzing. Actually got a few clips down there, even with the several little pikies roaming around, and some dew left from the cold evening, but it didn't matter much. Jack went ice down the rail, I went up the rail, but Alex shut us completley down when he busted out the double peg down the rail to ball ride. Perfect excecution. Ha! As we left Woodhouse, we met up with Dave, Bidders, and Ben.

We headed to ride street at the industiral estate, possibly taking the longest route possible (and the muddiest), but still, we got there. We went to ride the wallride first, where a we chilled for a bit, quite literally. Then, Jack and Ben disappeard round the corner to find a back of a lorry, or something similar. A few whats, if's, and bitch runs later, Jack flew off it, atleast 5foot to flat. Props to him, what with the horrid run up and the fact his wrists didn't snap. After that, Alex, Dave, Ben and Bidders headed off to Halfords and McDo as Alex had a flat and peeps were hungry. Whilst they were gone, Jack put the video camera on the tri-pod, and i fired out a few shots. Out of the blue, Jack pulled a bars to fakie. Dialled. I did a few tricks too, such as a nose pivot 3 to fakie, which sadly ended in an indian.

After getting mentioned clips filmed, me and Jack headed on down to meet the other at McDonalds where we saw them all equiped with hot chocolate, conveniant that theque was big and you pour it yourself. Ha. I got some munch, peeps got more hot chocolate, and then Alex turned up with a fully pumped up tyre. We headed back to the indust as we were unsure where else we could ride, and the spot we hit rode wasn't great to be honest. Until we looked through the various skips around... We came across a skip full of cards to begin with. It was full of amusing valentines cards, a few valentines cuddly toys and mothers day cards (I don't have to buy mine this year anymore, haha). Then, we found a christmas tree, weird? Yes, then followed by a BIG bag of shredded paper, which looked alot like snow, and then Jack came across some black paint powder, which looked like smoke. Alot of fun, a lot of mess, but the spot was shit. We proceeded to head back towards the mini, but on our travels, we stopped at a school. Looking around, it looked crap, but, we found a berm, which was a lot of fun. Then, we noticed there was a secondary school attached to that, not many spots, but some. Check the photos.

After getting bored of the school, and Dave repeating the question "Should we go home soon?", we headed towards the direction of home, stopping at the mini to be greeted by spitting chavs. So, we moved on, until Jack spotted a small set of stairs he wanted to wallride down. Bish bash bosh, it was done. About 30mins later, we decided we should try for lifts home, we got. I got home, unfroze and looked at the posted pictures of a good day. :) Pies.
